b. 宾语从句为一般疑问句或选择疑问句，从句前用if/ whether “是否” 引导，if/ whether不能省略.
Could you tell me if /whether Miss Brown lives in that house?
c. 宾语从句是特殊疑问句时，从句前用特殊疑问词引导,特殊疑问词在从句中担任句子成分，具有一定的意义, 不能省略.
Can you tell me who she is?
特殊疑问词：what, which, who, whom, whose, when, where, how, why,
how far, how long, how many, how much, how often…

（1）主句是一般现在时态，从句根据实际情况确定。
（2）主句是一般过去时态，从句必须用相应的过去时态。
（3）如果宾语从句说的是客观真理、自然现象或事实时，这时宾语从句要用一般现在时态。
（4）在由could, would引导的主句中, 从句一般要用现在时。因为could, would经常表示礼貌或 婉转的语气, 而不是过去时。

宾语从句的语序必须是陈述语序，既连接词（who ,whom ,whose , what, which, when, where, why, how）+主语+谓语+其他成分；或连接代词who,which,what（作主语）+谓语+其他成分
疑问语序： Be动词/助动词/情态动词+主语+……?
Am,Is,Are,Was,Were/Do,Does,Did/Have,Has,Had/Can,Could,May,Might,Must,Will,Would,Shall,
Should+主语……？
4、宾语从句注意事项
(1)当从句的原句为以下句子以及从句以what, who作主语时，语序不变：
What’s wrong? What’s the matter? What’s happening?
eg: I don’t know what’s the matter.
Can you tell me who is over there?
(2)只能用whether不能用if的情况
a. 当与or/or not连用:
I don’t know whether he’s free or not.
Mary asked whether I was doing my homework or not.
b. 在介词后面：
We didn’t think about whether it would rain the next day.
