Step 1. Lead in
SS watch a video and elicit the topic about traveling.
Give a short introduction about the traveler in the video.
【设计意图】本单元的话题为traveling,而且是以世界各地著名景点为背景,离我们的学生比较遥远。因此给学生播放了Alex Chacon 环游世界的精彩视频,引出了旅行的话题,同时导入到SectionA 的语境中。
Step 2. Presentation
Show some pictures about the spotlights in the world, and learn about the description words, such as peaceful,fascinating,touristy etc.
Practice the sentence pattern:
