1、知识基础:缺少丰富的语言基础,对某些任务的完成有一定的难度;

2、思维能力:有较强的记忆力和模仿能力,有待培养知识的扩展运用能力;

3、认知心理:因为是与生活息息相关的各种社区设施和街区环境,他们很有兴趣,有较强的求知欲和表现欲,但部分学生存在不自信,羞于表现等思想顾虑。

我将通过平时的观察、了解掌握每一个孩子的现有认知水平和学习习惯,从而更好的开展教学。

四 教学策略选择与设计

1、学生是学习活动的主体,教师是学生活动的组织者和引导者。在英语教学中,把英语课程生活化,把一个个教学目标活动化,在活动中掌握学习方式,充分发挥师生双方在教学中的主动性和创造性。

2、本课采用任务型的教学模式,把语言应用的基本词汇和表达法转为具有实践意义的课程任务,学生在完成任务的过程中,通过感知、体验、实践、参与创作等方式,完成任务目标,感受成功。

3、教师在学生展示过程中适时给予肯定和赞扬,有利于增进师生感情,建立民主平等和谐的师生关系。

六 教学过程

Step 1.Greetings.

Greet the students as usual.

Step 2.Lead_in

Everyone has changed a lot in the past few years,ask students to describe their changes using used to do or used to be.

I used to live with my father ,my mother and my brother,but now I live with my husband,my daughter and my son.Who has such an experience like me ? Lead in stay-at-home children.How do they feel?

Step 3 Learning Aims

1.Get to know something about the stay-at-home children and the problems about them.

2. Get the general information by fast reading and catch the details by careful reading.

3.Be grateful to our parents and try to be better in our life, care for stay-at-home children.

Step 4.Presentation

Look at the picture and predict What big problem do you think Li Wen used to have?

Ask student to skim the article in 2b,and put the sentences [A-D] in the correct places.

Read the passage carefully and finish the Exercises 1,2 and 3.

Step 5.Group work

Ask students to work in groups to discuss the answers they get.

Step 6.Presentation

Ask three students to share their answers to others.

List the new phrases in the passage look after /take care of decide / make a decision be proud of /take pride in .Get students to make new sentences with the new phrases .Then correct the mistakes in their writing.

Step 7.Listen and read

Play the tape for students to listen and try to imitate their pronunciation and the way they read . The ask students to read by themselves.
