3、情感目标

二、学情分析
九年级学生已积累了一定的词汇量和相关语言知识，初步具备口头表达能力、自主学习能力和合作探究意识。同时，本单元话题“我及他人所发生的变化”涉及谈论人物过去的性格、外貌、特点及喜好等，借此学习“used to…”句型来描述自己或他人过去的性格、外貌、特点及喜好并进行今昔对比让学生感知新语言内容的结构特征，体会其用法。这个话题写作贴近学生生活实际容易激起学生的学习兴趣和合作探究的积极性。但小组合作探究交流起稿、写作后自评、互评和好文分享的方式，对学生的综合语言运用能力和写作评价能力提出了挑战。基于此，教师需要在学生写作过程中及时给予指导和评价，促进学生综合语言运用能力和创新思维的发展。
三、教学内容分析
本节课主要教学内容为话题写作以及写作的基本步骤的学习和运用。写作话题为“我及他人所发生的变化”。内容主要是围绕“used to…”句型来描述自己或他人过去的性格、外貌、特点及喜好并进行今昔对比,从而让学生在感知新语言内容的结构特征的同时掌握有关描述人物性格、外貌、特点及喜好的词汇，并能体会其用法。
四、教学重难点
重点：使学生学会正确使用“used to”谈论某人或某物过去的特点。
难点：让学点生能正确运用一般过去时与一般现在时两种时态。

My grandfather is an eighty-year-old man. He always complains about how fast things have changed, and he often says that life used to be better.
Families aren’t families the way they used to be. A lot of families have broken down. If husbands and wives have problems with their marriage, they no long stay together. And mothers used to stay at home and take care of their children, but now not anymore. Everyone’s working. No one has time to look after children at home.
