2)总结过去进行时

2.Ask Ss what they were doing yesterday evening and guess what the teacher was doing yesterday eveing

T: What were you doing yesterday evening?

Ss: ...

T: Guess! What was I doing?

Ss:...

T: I was watching a movie.1.通过问答的形式让学生复习过去进行时,并起到检查的作用

2.通过师生问答的形式来导入今天的新课

II.Presentation

1. Let Ss watch a part of the movie and ask them what the movie talk about.

2. Ask Ss to listen to the tape and find out the two answers:

1) What was the weather like befor the heavy rain started?

2) What was the neighborhood like after the storm?1.通过观看电影中有关暴风雨的镜头,导入今天的课文阅读。
