教学过程
Step 1. Leading-in
Enjoy a song “唱脸谱”.
T: What Chinese traditional art is this song about?
S: Beijing Opera.
T: Beijing Opera is a kind of traditional art forms in China. Do you know about other traditional art forms in our country?
Show some pictures of traditional art forms: embroidery, Chinese knot, paper cutting, clay...
Step 2. Play a game
Ask Ss to say the names of the traditional art forms as quickly as they can.
Step 3. Presentation
Teach the new words and phrases about sky lanterns and paper cutting by present pictures and sentences.
Step 4. Pre-reading(读前)
Look at the title and the pictures on page 38 and predict:
What does the passage may talk about?
How many traditional art forms are mentioned? What are they?
Step5 While-reading(读中)
1 Skimming(略读) Skim the passage and think about the questions:
