Stet 1 Warming up

T: Today let’s study Unit 14 I remember meeting all of you in Grade 7 Section A 1a-1c. Before the class, let’s listen to a song.

Step 2 Leading in

T: Junior high school days are over. We have some wonderful memories and experiences. Let’s share our past memories and experiences together.

Step 3 Showing the learning aims.

Using PPT show the learning aims as follows:

学习目标：

1. 记住下列词汇：survey standard row keyboard

2. 能准确使用下列常用表达：in a row play the keyboard do a school survey meet the standard of a strict teacher help sb. with sth. remember doing sth.

学习重难点：How to talk about the past

Step 4 Teaching new words and sentences

Using PPT to teach the following sentences:

1. In Grade 7, I did homework carefully to meet the standards of a strict teacher.

2. In Grade 8, our class scored two goals in a row during a soccer competition.

3. In Grade 7, our class went to the Old People’s home as a volunteer.

4. In Grade 7, our class did a school survey.

5. In Grade 7, a friend helped me with a problem.

6. I have learned to play the keyboard in music class.
