Step1、Lead in
T: First,let’s enjoy a speech, called《I have a dream》,it is from a very famous person who is named Martin Luther king(10’50’’). Here I have a question: what is the hope of Martin Luther king? (用马丁路德金的演讲引入我们今天的课,让学生们感受演讲带来的力量,同时完成教师提出的问题)
Ss: Enjoy the speech.
T:From the speech, do you know the hope of Martin Luther king?
Ss:
T: Good, Martin Luther king hopes that everyone should have equal rights to live in the world, people should not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.
Step2 Discussion
T:When I first heard of Martin Luther king’s speech, I just remember one word: I have a dream. I think you all have dreams,
Ask one student (王梦玉)“what do you hope to do in the future? (由马丁路德金的希望转到学生自己,提问学生“what do you hope to do in the future? ,作为一个例子,请学生讨论what would you like to do in the future,然后展示。目的是让学生学会用句型表达自己将来喜欢做什么。)

Step3 Listening
Try to use sentences to describe each picture.
Listen to the tape, and check the hopes you hear.
Listen again, complete the passage.

Step4 prepare a short speech
T: From listening, Bob and his classmates are having the last class of junior high, and all of you will graduate in July, one of you will have a speech at your graduation ceremony, now let’s prepare a speech for your graduation ceremony.
