3.Tell the class that I can see a frog. Ask their parents are going to buy them new clothes or shoes and whether they will receive presents from their relatives.

Open the present and take out a new picture. Imitate “gift”. Encourage the class to point to their own picture and say “card”
1. Play the cassette tape. Let the students listen to the instructions ‘ Happy New Year.’ and ‘ A gift for you.’

3. Open the Student’s Book to page 48and read the commands for the class to fellow. Ask the students to act out the scene.
