Assignments and Evaluation:
1. Assigned Readings and Class Discussion. Class participation should demonstrate the student’s familiarity with assigned readings.
2. Assignments. Assignments will include (but not be limited to) daily oral language,
writing assignments, vocabulary reviews, and assigned readings.
3. Quizzes. Announced and unannounced quizzes will be given periodically.
4. Examinations. Examinations to assess to student’s understanding will be given
periodically throughout the grading period. Written exams will include fill in the blank,short answer, multiple choice, matching, labeling, and essay questions. Exams will be based on lecture, research, and assigned readings.
