通过藏头诗带出课题，并以新授的方式向学生提问“什么是森林？”引起学生好奇心，激发求知欲。
通过森林视频给学生以听觉、视觉的刺激，感知森林，并以思维导图的方式呈现，同时预测文本内容，以拼读的方式新授词汇，以图片的方式感知理解词组。
用trees, birds, animals, insects等森林组成部分给学生分组，激发兴趣，为接下来的小组合作学习做铺垫。
