教学过程:

一、课前热身(Warm-up)

Free talk

T: Good morning, boys and girls.

Ss: Good morning, teacher.

T: How are you today?

Ss: Fine, thank you. And you?

T: I’m fine, too.

二、课前预习(Preview)

教师出示一些颜色图片、水果图片、星期图片、表示天气的图片、食物图片,练习What’s your favourite…?句型。例如说:“Boys and girls. Do you like apples? Do you like watermelons?”学生根据实际情况回答,然后教师继续引导学生:“Apple is my favourite fruit. What’s your favourite fruit?”由此和学生一起复习句型“What’s your favourite …?”用法。

三、新课呈现(Presentation)

1. Let’s Learn

(1)引出课题。由以上复习内容引出句型What’s your favourite season?

教师依次出示春、夏、秋、冬的图片,并介绍说:“Look at the pictures. They are beautiful. There are four seasons in a year.”以此引出课题。板书season。

(2)教学新词汇:

① 教师在黑板上画一棵树的树干,再画几片浅绿色的树叶,说:“Look! The leaves are green now. What season is it now?”教师边说边在图旁边写上单词spring,带领学生读几遍,并根据自己的生活经验对春天的天气特征进行描述,如“Spring is warm and rainy.The grass is green.”帮助学生明确春天的特征。

② 教师继续在树枝干上画更多的绿色树叶,引出单词summer的教学,并带领学生读几遍。教师解释“Summer is hot.The days are long.I can go swimming in summer.We can eat ice cream.Do you like summer?”板书summer。

③ 教师用黑板擦擦去树叶上的绿叶,并在树下面画上一些飘零的叶子,说:“Time flies. It is autumn now.”引出单词autumn的教学,并带领学生读几遍。教师说“It’s cool in autumn.We can eat fresh fruits.Autumn is time for harvert.Autumn is beautiful,too.The leaves are yellow and red.”板书autumn。

④ 教师用黑板擦把落叶擦掉,并用简笔画画出雪花图,引出单词winter的教学,并带领学生读几遍。师说“It’s cold in winter.I can make a snowman in winter.”板书winter。

⑤ 引出新句型。

T: Spring, summer, autumn and winter. Guess, which season do I like best? And why? Summer. I can eat ice cream. I can wear T-shirts. Do you like summer? Which season do you like best?

利用图片内容Look and say,教师继续问:“Which season do you like best?”引导学生回答:“Spring / Summer / …”明确新句型的含义和用法。解释秋天有autumn和fall两种说法。

(3)师生一起说唱歌谣,练习四季单词及四季特点。

(4)游戏What’s missing?依次出示图片让学生观察丢失了哪个季节的图片?快速说出英文单词。
