Step1. Warming up and lead in.
Talk about the picture and review the numbers of 1—12.(song的图片）
T: What are these？
Ss：They are monkeys.
T： How many monkeys are there？One，two，three...（引导学生数数并作出回答）
Ss：There are nine.
T：OK.What do they like？（They like bananas.）How many bananas are there? Let’s sing a song, then tell me.
Sing a song. （How many are there？）
T：How many bananas are there?
Ss；There are nine.
T: Yes, the monkeys like bananas, and they like peaches too.
Step2. Presentation
由Monkey King 引出peaches，再用新句型How many peaches are there?来学习新单词fourteen。
T：Look, this is the Monkey King. He likes peachesvery. Look, many peaches. How many peaches are there? Let’s count! One, two, three...fourteen.
Ss：There are fourteen.(引导学生回答）（ppt 出现图片和句型）
four+teen→fourteen（PPT 出现）
以four+teen→fourteen这种方式引出sixteen, seventeen, eighteen，nineteen的学习。
six+teen→sixteen
seven+teen→seventeen
eight+een→eighteen
nine+teen→nineteen(这些出现在同一张PPT上，每学一个词，再由独立一张PPT出现相应数量的图和句型操练数字和句型。）
情景：The Monkey King eats a peach. Now how many peaches are there? 继续以新句型How many peaches are there?来引入新词thirteen的学习。

借助一颗有13个苹果的树的挂图，通过粘贴苹果的方式由thirteen引出fifteen，twenty的学习。
