Step 1 Warming up
Review V.ing words.
Students stand up, read the words loudly and do action.
(设计意图:通过复习V.ing形式,为后面going作铺垫。看图读单词并做动作,可以活跃课堂气氛。做好热身,为新授课作准备。)
Step 2 Presentation Ⅰ
1, Lead in
Gogo: Hey! Boys and girls. Sunday is coming. My friends and I are going to different places.
T: Gogo and his friends are going to different places.Let’s go and see, where are they going? Ok?
Ss: Ok!
2, New lesson
①T: Let’s ask Gogo-Gogo,where are you going? Students repeat the sentence.
Gogo: I’m going to the beach.
Learn beach:show a picture of peach. Peach-each-b+each-beach
T: Gogo is going to the beach. Let’s go and ask his friends.
Dialogue:
Gogo: Tony, where are you going?
Tony: I’m going to the park.
Gogo: Have a good time.
Tony: Thank you. Bye.
(Continue with Lily, Jenny and Lisa .Learn and practice the new words park,bank,shopping mall and swimming pool. Practice the new words one by one.Two by two… Learn the target sentence.)
②Gogo: Boys! Are you going to the beach?
Boys: Yes,we are.
Gogo: Come with me ,ok?
Boys: Of course! Let’s go!
