Step 1. Warming up

1.Listen to a song.

2.Free talk.

Hello, boys and girls. Are you happy today? Haha, May Day is coming.

I have some vacation plans. (出示课题)

I’m going to Hainan. I’m going to Shanghai. I’m going to Guangzhou. And I’m going to Beijing.

Do you like vacations?

Do you want to go on vacation with me? OK! Let’s go on vacation!

3.lead in:Unit 2 Vacation Plans (板书)

Step 2. Presentation

Part 1 Review

1) Look at the picture. (出示地方名的图片)

引出复习句型:Where are you going for vacation?(板书)

指名学生回答:I’m going to…

接着提问:How are you going there? I’m going…(板书)

2) 复习一些地方名和一些交通方式。

Beijing, Hainan, Shanghai…

By bus, by car, by plane…

Part 2 New lesson

1) 引出新句型:Where are you going to stay? I’m going to stay in a hotel.学习短语stay in a hotel并反复操练。(听录音跟读,开火车读…)

接着,用相同的句型导出短语:stay with my aunt and uncle 并反复操练。
