本校学生基础较差,在第一学期期末考平均分为75.7,全区排名25,后进生面广,优生少。在期末考试中,我发现本届学生在语法选择题与书面表达方面能力特别弱,特别在时态混用方面的错误尤其突出。

学生能够
1. 能区分与归纳6大时态的构成与动词变化的规律;
2. 能用正确的时态准确地翻译句子;
3. 能使用正确的时态完成一篇书面表达。
三、教学重难点
1. 准确运用时态翻译句子,并判断句子使用的时态是否正确。(易混淆点)(重点)
2. 灵活运用不同时态进行书面表达与保持文章的时态一致性。(难点)

1. Arrange a group discussion on their pre-class homework (8 mins)
2. Ask one group to show their work and other Ss to add more ideas or make correction–offer scaffolding on time adverbials.(8 mins)
