Analysis of the students
The students in Grade 7 have only a few abilities to finish tasks by cooperating. They are lack of the cultural background, so the teacher must be patient, make the students feel happy in class and arouse their learning interest.
But they can't keep their attention for a long time, so I will use some teaching methods, tools and activities to attract their attention.
The teacher should face all the students in class. And encourage them to take part in activities.
