活动1【导入】

Step1: Free talk T: Good morning, Boys and Girls. S: Good morning, Ms Lu.

T: Sit down, please. T: what color is it? (教师出示卡片) S: It’s red, yellow, green, black , white, blue. T: What is it? S: It’s a cat. T: What color is it? S: It’s white. T: What is it? S: It’s a dog? T: What color is it? S: It’s black and white. 1. Teacher point, Students say: Touch your head, eyes, nose, mouse, neck, black, arm , leg ,foot. (教师指身体部位,学生快速说出相应的单词) 【设计意图】; Teacher point, Students say:复习以前学过的人体部位的单词和句型(What is it? What color is it?),活跃课堂气氛,也为本节课学习新知做好铺垫。

活动2【讲授】

Step2 呈现新课(presentation) 1. T: What is it? (出示新的单词卡片) It is an elephant. elephant (板书) e-l-e-p-h-a-n-t. T:Is it big or small? S: It is big.

T:What does the elephant look like? (出示课件) It has big ears and a long nose.(板书) big ears. A long nose . It has Small eyes a short tail. 1. T: What is it? (出示课件) S: It’s a mouse. T: Is it big or small? S: It’s small. T: It has small eyes.(接着让学生到黑板前用卡片描述动物,教师呈现主句型,如:ears, big ears, It has big ears.同样,再依次描述其它身体部位,学说主句型It has…. 【设计意图】:设计由简单到复杂的任务,由单词到词组再到句型,加强对学习方法和听读技能的培养。 Step3. 继续展示图片:An elephant and a mouse.对比大象和老鼠。 T:What are they? They are an elephant and a mouse. Oh, Look! The elephant is Very big .It has big and a long nose. But the mouse is very small. It has small eyes. 教师强调big and small. 单词small中/l/的发音,教师提示学生舌头要上卷。学生跟读学习单词。 Mouse

or elephant (出示课件) Look at this . It’s small. Look at the picture . It’s big. 设计意图:利用课件设置情境,由单词学习过度到句子中的应用,体现整体教学的理念。 Step4 Let’s chant. Mouse, mouse, is it big or small? It’s small, small, small. Elephant, elephant, is it big or small? It’s big, big, big. 【设计意图】:教师自编chant,巩固重点词汇,帮助学生体会英语语言的节奏感。~~step5 .在播放前,教师说:You will see a beautiful picture. Look carefully and tell us: What is it? What can you see in the picture? S1: I can see two trees. It is a big tree. It is tall. (板书) It is a small tree. It is short. T: Can you see a bird? S1: Yes, I

can. S2: Where is it? S3: The bird is on the tree. S2: What color is the bird? S4: The bird is yellow. S5: It has two legs. S6: It can sing. T: Can you see a fish. S1: Yes, I can. S2: What color is the fish? S4: The fish is red. S5: Look, It can swim. 【设计意图】:此环节通过师生交流互问Where is it? What is it?

What can you see in the picture? 引出 It’s …. It has … It can…为后面的学习做好铺垫。

活动3【活动】

Step6: Listen and act 教师播放Let’s do 的录音,学生边听边做。 Jump, jump, jump. It can jump. Fly, fly, fly . It can fly. Sing, sing, sing. It can sing. Swim, swim, swim . It can swim. 【设计意图】:分角色表演活动,提高了学生们的学习积极性,为下面的任务完成做好充分准备。

Step7 :Let’s play a game. Listen song and Pass

the balls.(鼓励学生说出指令内容,同时请拿到球的同学上台前表演对话。) 设计意图:通过听歌曲传球游戏环节,让学生聚焦注意力;问题不难,学生组内练习对话,请拿到球的几组同学上台展示,鼓励学生大胆说英语。

Step8: Practice 1.利用PPT出“猜动物” 游戏 1) T: Listen to me, children, Guess. It has a long nose. It has two big ears and a short tail. It is gray. (教师在说谜语时,可适当配合一些手势或动作。) S1:It is an elephant. T: Right. It has four legs. It has a long tail. Ss:It is a mouse. T: Say well. It is a mouse. 【设计意图】:采用学生喜爱的挑战的猜谜语游戏进行生生互动,再次练习重点单词及重点句型。

Step9: Production 利用PPT出示 chant. Big, big, big, make your eyes big. Small, small, small, make your eyes small. Long, long, long, make your arms long. Short, short, short, make your arms short. Tall, tall, tall, make your tall. Short, short, short, make your short. (边说边做相应的动作). 【设计意图】:chant歌谣,既加强了生生合作,又让学生在愉快的氛围中复习句型。
