教学难点:一般现在时动词第三人称单数的初步理解、运用。
教学流程:
1.热身活动
(1)Chant: What do you do on the weekend?(P14)
(2)课件呈现有关周末活动的图片,引导学生说说自己的周末活动。
T: What do you do on the weekend?
Ss: I often...
T: When do you...?
Ss: I...at...
2.新知呈现与操练
(1)教师出示P16的挂图,师生一起看图1。教师介绍语言情景:“Look at the pictures. Tom and Mary are talking about Jack. Who is Jack?” 引导学生观看图片迅速找出答案:Jack is Tom’s new friend. He is an English boy. 教学新词new和always。 教师可以利用课件呈现图片继续询问“When does he get up? When does he have breakfast? When does he go to school?”让学生带着问题阅读短文,完成表格:
When does he ...?
He always gets up at .
He has breakfast at .
He goes to school at .
同时进行板书并教学句型When does he get up? He always gets up at
6:30. When does he have breakfast? He has breakfast at 7:00. When does he go to school? He goes to school at 7:30.
引导学生观察板书并思考句型结构,教师和学生一起总结一般现在时的第
三人称单数的变化。
(3)教师播放录音,学生模仿跟读。

(1)问答练习。引导学生打开课本第17页并介绍:Do you want to know more about Jack? Look! This is Jack’s a day. 引导学生看图并说一说图中的活动,处理新词 have lunch。然后让学生两人一组看图问答,使学生在有意义的情境中巩固、操练核心句型When does he/she...? He/She...at ...
