1. Free talk：What did you do last Saturday?
Lead-in：
The teacher introduce “my last Saturday”. Then ask students: What did you do last Saturday?
Show the picture and ask: What did Kate do last Saturday?
Step 2. Read“Let’s talk” and answer the questions
T: Li Jun and Kate are good friends. They are talking on the way from school. Let's take a look at what they talked about.（课文导入）
Questions:
What did Kate do last Saturday?
Who took her there?
How did she go there?
What did she buy?
Step 3.Let’s learn“What did you do….?”
方式：跟读，自读，分角色朗读等。

Show four different pairs of pictures. Let students select one from each pair of pictures according what they hear.
