Step一、Warm-up and revision

1.Play a Game:Say hello to us

Step二、Lead in

Lead in T：If I am going to the library ,how can I get there ? Present the picture of road

【设计意图：由我们自己的生活问路，直接导入课文，简单明了，切中本节课的对话背景。】

2、Present the Topic: Lesson6 Is there a library near here ? Ask and answer

Step三、Presentation and Practice

学习 Ask and answer

-Excuse me. Is there a library near here ?

-Yes, there is .

-How can I get there ?

-Go down this street . You can see it on the right .

根据幻灯片显示，让学生分组操练

(1)两个人一组，一问一答

(2)同桌间互相问答

(3)小组间互相问答，站起来操练

(4)学生到前面操练

通过练习既复习了本课的话题“问路”，又复习了语法 there be 句型。
