六、教学过程

Step1. Leading in

1、Look at the picture,What can you see? What are they talking about?

2、How about this one? Find the same point and the different point? Why the woman was surprised?

【设计思路】通过观察两幅图找出相同点和不同点,打开了学生的英语思维,使孩子们的语言热起来,同时也导出了本课的课题使学生快速投入到本课的学习中来。

Step 2. Presentation and practice

1、Fast reading

Read quickly and circle the past tense of the verbs.

【设计思路】学生通过快速阅读文章了解文章梗概,并画出文中动词的过去式,对上学期学习的一般过去式进行了复习。

2.Intensive reading

(1) Read paragraph 1 carefully ,and answer :

1) What was the day?

2) What did Mr Black want to do?

3) Where is Mr Brown’s office? (讲 next,让学生画 office)

(2).Read paragraph 2-3and tell me

1) What happened in London?

2) How could Jack get to Mr Brown’s office?

(3)Expansion:How can I get to the hospital?

(4). Read paragraph 4 carefully and underline the answers.

1) What was the day?

2) Why did Jack go to London again?

3) What happened?

【设计思路】 精读课文,通过3遍分段式阅读,层层深入分析,使学生深入了解文章内容,同时通过在教室里走一走,说一说等形式复习如何问路,指路让枯燥的学习内容实体化,生动化。

Step 3. Practice

1, Read after the tape, pay attention to the pronunciation.

2, Look at the blackboard and try to retell the story.
