Step 1. Free talk

1.I'm your new English teacher today. Nice to meet you. How are you? Do you like playing games?

2.Let's play a guessing game.

⑴ Who is he? He can catch fish. He lives by fishing.

(课件呈现 渔夫)

Teach new word: fisherman |′fi∫ ?m?n | 渔夫

⑵ What is it? It is a fish. It is orange with a long tail. It has big eyes and a small mouth.

(课件呈现金鱼)

Teach new word: goldfish |′g?uldfi∫ | 金鱼

3.Read the new words: fisherman、 goldfish.

4.板书标题:

The fisherman and the goldfish

Step 2. Pre—reading

1.(课件呈现一条新衣裙) T: What's this? Ss: A new dress.
