I. --Do you know what is your favorite TV show ?
--OK, Let’s see this picture.
Show the picture of Running Man.
--Who can guess?
--We all know, the word ‘run’, but what’s the meaning of ‘man’?
Lead the students to learn the new words: man.
Show the other five male members and practice the sentences.
--Who’s he?
--He’s…
--He’s a man.
Give the picture of Angelababy, and ask:
--Who’s she?
--Is she a man?
So, What’s the meaning of ‘woman’?
Lay out the second new word: woman.
Show the picture of Li Chen and Wang Zulan.
--Guess: who’s he? Lay out the sentence patterns: Who’s he?
--What’s the difference between them?
Lay out the new word: tall.
Teach the other three words: short, strong according the other three pictures and lay out the new sentences:
--Who’s he/she?
--He’s/She’s …
--He’s/She’s tall and strong.
II. Who is tall/short/strong in our class?
III. Show the PE teacher’s picture and talk about him, and lead the students to learn the text.
