通过一个小朋友今天过生日引出今天的话题:birthday。当朋友过生日的时候,大家要学会祝福语:Happy birthday!
其中一个小朋友介绍自己的生日:My birthday is in the first month of the year. My parents have a big birthday party for me. Many friends come to my house. We are going to sing, dance and play games. We will eat a birthday cake. We are going to have a good time!引出月份:January.
通过同样的办法引出March,June。
Pair work:小组活动练习出示重点句型:When’s your birthday? My birthday is in...在练习中学习February,April,May。
出示Word Bank,小组活动练习What do you usually do on your birthday? I usually...
学习Listen and say 部分课文
出示两个问题:When is David’s birthday? When is Xiao Hui’s birthday?请同学们明确问题内容,然后盲听一遍,找到答案。如果一遍没有找到答案,教师可以再播放一遍录音,并请学生们回答问题。
再听一遍,回答问题:What does Xiao Hui usually do on her birthday?并回答问题。
请同学们翻书默读课文,找到问题:What does David usually do on his birthday?的答案并汇报。
教师讲解课文中的重点难点,并领读课文。
学生练习朗读,可以齐读,分角色朗读等。
把课文中比较重要的句子去掉,让学生们练习填空,再一次理解课文内容。
拓展训练
教师出示Listen,match and say的课文内容,让学生们通过本节课的学习完成这部分的连线任务。教师带领学生完成这部分的听力任务。
