Part Three: Teaching aims
The teaching aims are established according to Junior School English curriculum standard provision. There are knowledge objectives, ability objectives and moral objectives.
A. Knowledge Objectives
By the end of this lesson, students can
1. learn the new words and new phrases such as junior high school, morning break, daily, ride, etc;
2. understand the main idea of the article.
B. Ability Objectives
By the end of this lesson, students can
1. skim for the main idea of the article;
2. scan for the specific information;
3. understand the whole article;
4. enlarge the relative knowledge by reading more materials in library or on Internet;
5. write a short passage about the topic.
C. Moral Objectives
By the end of this lesson, it can help students
1. develop the spirit of cooperation through pair work ;
2. arouse the interest of school life.
Part Four: Important Points
1. Talk about their daily life by using the simple present tense;
2. Improve their reading abilities by using the relative reading skills such as skimming and scanning.
Part Five: Difficult points
1. Enable the students to use the simple present tense to talk about their daily life;
2. Enable the students to use the expressions to talk about school life.

In this lesson, my teaching methods include communicative teaching method and task-based teaching methods.
