Process:

Warm-up/Revision.

Sing an English song “Rain Rain ,Go Away.”(设计意图:能够激发学生的学习热情,以饱满的精神状态投入到英语学习中去。)

Listen and do .

T: Please prepare your stationery. Now listen to me carefully. Show me your ruler. Put your ruler on your desk. Show me your pencil .Put your pencil in your pencil-case.

Conversation activity:

T: Look, my book is on the chair .Where is your book?

S: It’s on the desk.

T: Where is your desk?

S: It’s in the classroom.

(Show courseware,呈现本单元开篇页)

T: Please answer some questions according to the pictures. For example:Where is the book/bird/apple/…?

S:……

(Revision的设计意图:通过复习上节课的知识,既巩固了旧知,对新课又起到了铺垫作用,从而,由旧引新,自然过渡到本课的学习内容。)

Elicit topic:

T: Please look at the picture . The desk is in the room. The chair is in the room. The apple is in the room. The dog is in the room . The bird is in the room… Anything else? Who can tell me?

S: The bed/ light/box is in the room.

T: Today, let’s learn things in the room.(板书课题:Unit2 Room)

New lesson:

1. Let’s take these questions to watch the video. The overall perception of the unit to learn sentence patterns(整体感知本单元将要学习的句型. ) And say what do you understand?

1.(Show courseware,呈现A项图片)教师吟唱A项歌谣,让学生整体感知新语言。教师可以吟唱两遍,让学生充分感知新语言。T:This is the light, near the bed. This is the bed, near the door. This is the door, near the box. What’s behind the box?

2.Learn the words and practice.

(1)·逐一学习单词:bed、 light、 door、 box、 near、 behind. 师生边学边做游戏。

·教师带领全班学生认读单词二~三遍。

·教师领读,让学生跟读;指生领读,其他同学跟读;打乱顺序指读。

(2)Practice the words:

· Listen and show the cards.

· Listen and do. For example: Stand behind the door.Stand near your chair.

·Rush to answer.Play a game :掷骰子夺红旗游戏。

(设计意图:让学生参与到有趣的游戏活动中,激发孩子们的学习热情,使学生在学中玩,玩中学,不知不觉的就习得了语言。)
