Step1. Warm-up

Good morning,boys and girls.Before the class,Let’s watch a small video.

In China,we often ask:Did you have a meal to begin our talk.But in foreign countries,especially in the UK,they often say:It’s a fine day.or ask:What’s the weather like today?

Can you tell me “What’s the weather like today?” It’s---.

Look at the signs of the weather.What’s the weather like ? It’s cloudy/sunny/rainy/windy/snowy.

【设计意图】：通过观看一段小视频了解中英的文化差异，并以此来引入本堂课的话题。让学生明白所学知识是有用的且可以运用在日常生活中，从而激发学生学习的兴趣。

【设计意图】：通过小组讨论的形式让学生完成天气小书，让学生去总结不同的天气外出需要不同的物品,适时进行情感渗透:让学生学会保护自己、照顾自己和他人。使学生在语言实践活动中通过接触、理解、操练、运用语言的环节，逐步实现语言知识的内化，提高语言运用的能力。小组讨论的形式培养了学生与他人合作的精神。
