(1)学生唱本单元第一课歌曲,复习表示星期的词汇。
(2)快速回答。老师出示不同的图片,学生自由快速站起来并做动作边回答然后坐下。
设计意图:在这个环节,教师要帮助学生把故事中涉及到的动词短语都复习一下,激活学生已有的认知,为后面故事的学习做准备。活动中相同的词组可以重复使用。
教师可以说:Ok! It’s our story time. Let’s learn a new story.从而导入故事。
呈现故事
老师在PPT上呈现图一,然后带领学生谈论该图并预测故事内容。教师说:It’s Monday today. Bill, Andy and Binbin are playing football on the playground. Look at this boy. He is Mike. Is he happy? Why doesn’t he play football with Bill, Andy and Binbin? Let’s listen to the story.
教师让学生边看图片边听故事录音一遍,验证之前的预测,初步感知故事大意。
教师让学生打开课本看故事,再次加深对故事大意的感知。
设计意图:在引入故事后,教师一定要让学生先自己整体听故事或看故事,以便对故事有一个整体的感知。
图片环游,理解故事,拓展口语表达
教师讲述故事,引导学生深入观察图片,加深对故事整体的理解,并通过提问,让学生在丰富的语境中进行口语表达。教师通过投骰子提问增加趣味性。以下是引导语举例。
图一引导语:It’s Monday today. Who are playing football on the playground? Who is another boy? Does he want to play football with boys?
图二引导语:What day is it in this picture? Guess what does Mike speak to Bill?
图三引导语:What day is it in this picture? Who is this girl? Guess what does Mike speak to Lily? What are they doing together?
图四引导语:What day is it in this picture? Who does Mike meet? Where are they? What does Mike say?
图五引导语:What day is it in this picture? What’s the weather like? Who does Mike meet? What are they doing? Is Mike happy or sad?
图六引导语:What day is it in this picture? Where are they? What are they doing?
图七引导语:What day is it in this picture? How many friends are there Mike has? What are they going to eat? How many presents? Are they happy?
设计意图:学生在教师的简单提问中,不仅加深理解故事,深入观察每一个小细节,还能提高口语的综合表达能力。
4、听读故事
(1)教师逐图播放故事录音,学生边指文字边跟读故事。教师适当引导学生模仿录音中的语音语调。
(2)学生尝试自己朗读故事,熟悉文本。
设计意图:教师再次重复播放录音,让学生在跟读和模仿中慢慢熟悉故事内容。有利于培养学生良好的语音语调,也有利于增强他们的自信心。
5、回顾故事
(1)教师朗读故事中的任意一个段落,请学生指出相应的图片。
(2)故事图片排序。教师请学生将打乱顺序的图片按照故事顺序重新排列。
(3)排序后,全班跟着故事的视频再读一次。
6、讲述故事
教师分别请七名同学依次讲述其中一幅图片,直至将整个故事完整地讲述下来。有时间可以多请几组。
设计意图:锻炼表现的胆量和合作性。
