Step 1:Greeting
Begin by greeting the class with a smile!
T: Good morning, students.
S: Good morning, teacher.
Step 2:Revision
Review the word and phrases:next to across from between turn left turn right go straight, and then finish the exercise.And try to describe the route use the simple words and sentences.
Step 3: Presentation
1.Read the whole passage and answer the question:
1.Where does Lucky want to go ?
2.How can Lucky get to the post office from his home?
Read again and then draw the route(discuss in group),then the teacher read and the students check the answer.
Try to retell the passage according to the key words and key phrases.
Read by themselves and then try to retell the passage according to the picture of Bill’s neighbourhood.
