【教学过程】：

歌曲互动：
课前，我和学生们一起用唱唱跳跳的形式再一次演绎了“ABC song”, 在欢快的节奏和韵律中我们用“TPR”将课前热身做得尽情尽兴！
Leading to title(导入)：
Teacher：You’re wonderful! I am so happy!
Can you spell the word “happy”?
Show the word card “happy”.
Change the word: happy—hobby—hobbies
利用学生已经熟知的单词happy引出单词hobby，再引出hobby的复数形式hobbies, 在自然的语言环境中完成第一个新单词的学习，同时导入课题“Today ，we’re going to talk about different hobbies ! ”
Presentation, Drills and Practice:
Learning the words : different, reading, singing, dancing
Game: “Different or the same?”
Teacher：Do you know the game “Different or the same?”
Students: Yes ! (They have done it before. So they know the game.)
There are two or more words on the screen, and the students must remember if they’re the same or different in three seconds. Then the picture will be away, and the students must tell “different” or “the same”, and then ,they will go on to tell what they’ve remembered from the picture.
在此环节中，学生们通过游戏“相同或不同”习得了单词different, reading, singing, dancing，在三年级下册中，read books, sing songs, dance这些单词和词组就已经学过，因此在本课当中，reading, singing, dancing只需要做简略学习和认知即可。需要强调的是，dance这一词变为dancing时要去掉词尾字母e.
Learning the phrase : doing jigsaw puzzles
(继续游戏“Different or the same?”)
大屏幕分三轮显示三组单词jig job —— saw paw——puzzle puzzles，通过闪卡的形式展现给学生，学生除了要凭记忆说出“different” or “the same”以外，还要回忆和记住刚才大屏幕上所展示的单词。由此环节，我们潜移默化地分三轮通过对比记忆和自然拼音的方法分别学习了单词jigsaw和puzzles，从而doing jigsaw puzzles这个词组的学习也随之完成。在大屏幕上展示单词的同时，我会同时出示例句“I like doing jigsaw puzzles. ”学生通过例句演练简短的对话交流来练习该词组。
