学情分析:
认知基础:学生已经学过“I want to…”这一功能句,六个词组中的个别单词,如:letter, write等学生也已学过。
心理基础:五年级学生正处于小学高年级阶段,学生对事情的分析有了自己独特的想法,这一时期的学生理解能力更强。教师通过创设具有一定情绪色彩的、以形象为主体的生动具体的场景,能够引起学生一定的态度体验,从而帮助学生更好地理解教材,激发学生的情感。

一、教学目标:
1. 能够听懂、会说send an email, write a letter, make a phone call, send a short message, mail a present和make a video call六个词组;
2. 能够运用已学功能句I want to ….表达自己想要在某个特殊日子怎样和他人沟通。
3. 能够针对不同的情境选择不同的通讯方式,体会不同通讯方式的特点。

1.1 Guessing game: ppt.复习special days, 为后面对话做准备。
