出示六张图片(第一课时),进行巩固复习。引导学生复习上一课时所学的新词,为本课时学习句型做好准备。

New word, phrase and sentence pattern
1、Read my plans for Mother’s Day.文本再构,在新的语篇中讲授单词和短语以及功能句,提炼重点,感知新语言
2、Learn new word: say and phrase:make a card
3、Ask and answer:
- What would you like to do on Mother’s Day?
- I would like to...(以对话的形式初步感知句型的应用)
Dialogue presentation
出示A项图片以及问题,引导学生预测对话内容,将答案写在纸上。
教师播放录音,让学生试着回答以上问题,初步感知对话的大意。核对答案。
教师提问学生What is Joy going to do for her birthday party?然后第二次播放录音,让学生在对话文本中勾画出重点信息,回答问题。
师生对话。

第三次播放录音,要求学生模仿文本中的语音语调。
