Step 1 Warm up

T:Good morning, boys and girls!

Ss:Good morning, Miss Xu!

Step 2 Presentation

Let’s learn:living room, dining room, study, kitchen, bathroom.

通过ppt展示一座building的图片。T: What’s this ? Ss: It’s a building.

T: My house is here . Where is my house ? Ss: It’s on the third floor.

T: This is a picture of my house. There are many rooms in my house. Wow, what a nice room !(从而揭示课题)

T: How many rooms are there in my house? Ss: There are six.

Let’s go and see

利用图片教学living room 教师展示一张living room的图片

T:Look! What is she doing ?

Ss: She is watching TV.

T: Where is she ?

Ss: She is in the living room.

Read after me, living room. Ss:Living room. (请同学们读,老师纠正发音错误的地方) 出示一张Living room的图片,让同学们完成句子。 This is the .we here. 同学们根据所出示的图片进行回答,然后老师教读句子。

以同样的方式教学dining room 注意让学生把握各个房间的特点和用途。

T: Listen and guess

This is a room. There are many books , a desk , a computer and a chair in it. We do our homework in it every day. What’s it ?

S: It’s a “书房”

T: Yes. It’s a study . 跟着老师读。并出示PPt 强调study 的复数以及房间特征。老师大胆的放手让学生说。继续用猜的形式引出新词 kitchen,并用chant 的形式练习“Kitchen,kitchen. This is the kitchen

Cook, cook. We cook here.” 并操练。

T: Show us “cook, wash you hair, wash your face”.

Ss:学生做动作。

T: We wash my face in the “ bathroom”.从而引出新单词,以及介绍改房间的特征。进一步练习单词bedroom.
