Step 1. Warm-up and lead-in

·Greetings

T:Good morning, everyone.

Ss: Good morning Miss Luo.

Students are supposed to make some daily greetings with the teacher.

·Lead-in: Sing the song “ What do you want to do”

T: Good job, class. You are good singers.

Step2. Presentation

·Read quickly

The teacher shows some words about jobs. Students read these words quickly.

T: Let’s do a game “read quickly”.

·Learning let’s talk

a. The teacher shows a background picture.

b. Students listen to the tape together.

·listen and choose

The students listen to the tape again and finish the exercise “Listen and Choose”

·The teacher explains the main points of the dialogue.

·Read after the tape Step3. Practice and Consolidation

·Role-play

Students are able to role-play the dialogue.
