重点: Help students master these new words: swim, skate, read, sing, dance and paint.
难点: Learners use modeled sentences to talk about their hobbies.
教学步骤：
Step I. Warm up
1.Have a chant:
Listen to a chant,then say the chant with teacher together.
(通过有节奏的chant复习上节课的重点句型和动词，为下面的学习做好铺垫。）
2.Ask and answer
What do you like?...
3.Ask the students to guess what does the teacher like? Lead in the key sentence: I like…in … .Read the sentences in groups.
(通过和学生问答进一步复习旧知，让学生去猜老师喜欢做什么，根据课件的图片直观感受，由短句到长句，初步感知重点句型。)
Step II. Presentation
1.Let’s guess:
(1)Introduce two friends to students, ask them to guess what are they? Lead in the story, then enjoy the story together.
(通过猜谜语的形式来引出故事的主角，吸引学生的兴趣，欣赏故事，泛读故事。）
Take out the task 1, ask the question: What do Ben and Bob like doing in spring and summer? Ask the students to listen to the part1again,then do it.
(再听故事的第一部分，让学生带着问题去听和看，做到有的放矢，关注故事的内容，完成任务一中的部分内容。在教材的基础上，加了一段Bob的话，拓展了新词carry, carrying,更有利于学生理解故事的寓意。）
Ask the Ss to complete the task 1, then read part 1 after recording, teach the new words: sleep ,sleeping, then read them as quickly as possibly in groups.
(精读故事的第一部分，核对任务一，利用白板的聚光灯功能来介绍新词，学生一看便知，结合学过的重点句型来操练新词，做到词不离句。）
Role play the part one in groups.
Have a competition in groups:Ask the Ss to make the sentences by the pictures one by one,each group only has 40 seconds,which one is the most quickly,it will be the winner.
(利用电子白板的计时器功能进行一个比赛，将全班分成四组，每组40秒的时间一个接一个来根据课件中的图片来说句子，哪组用时最少就是胜利者。游戏可以调动学生的学习兴趣和积极性，同时又操练了重点句型。）
Take out the task 1 again, ask the question: What do Ben and Bob like doing in autumn? Ask the students to listen to the part 2 again,then do it.
(再听故事的第二部分，完成任务一中的部分内容，进一步就故事的两个主角进行对比。）
Ask the Ss to complete the task 1, then read part 2 after recording, teach the new words: work, working, then read them as quickly as possibly in groups.
(精读故事的第二部分，核对任务一，利用白板的拖拽功能来教授新词，分组利用不同的声调来操练单词，吸引学生兴趣。）
Have a chant together.
(利用一段短小精悍的chant来教授"worker",并拓展其他职业类名词，让学生发现单词的共同点，提高教学效果。）
