德育目标:Encourage students to cultivate a wide range of interests.

教学重难点:

重点: Help students master these new words: swim, skate, read, sing, dance and paint.

难点: Learners use modeled sentences to talk about their hobbies.

教学步骤:

Step I. Warm up

1.Have a chant:

Listen to a chant,then say the chant with teacher together.

(通过有节奏的chant复习上节课的重点句型和动词,为下面的学习做好铺垫。)

2.Ask and answer

What do you like?...

3.Ask the students to guess what does the teacher like? Lead in the key sentence: I like…in … .Read the sentences in groups.

(通过和学生问答进一步复习旧知,让学生去猜老师喜欢做什么,根据课件的图片直观感受,由短句到长句,初步感知重点句型。)

Step II. Presentation

1.Let’s guess:

(1)Introduce two friends to students, ask them to guess what are they? Lead in the story, then enjoy the story together.

(通过猜谜语的形式来引出故事的主角,吸引学生的兴趣,欣赏故事,泛读故事。)

Take out the task 1, ask the question: What do Ben and Bob like doing in spring and summer? Ask the students to listen to the part1again,then do it.

(再听故事的第一部分,让学生带着问题去听和看,做到有的放矢,关注故事的内容,完成任务一中的部分内容。在教材的基础上,加了一段Bob的话,拓展了新词carry, carrying,更有利于学生理解故事的寓意。)

Ask the Ss to complete the task 1, then read part 1 after recording, teach the new words: sleep ,sleeping, then read them as quickly as possibly in groups.

(精读故事的第一部分,核对任务一,利用白板的聚光灯功能来介绍新词,学生一看便知,结合学过的重点句型来操练新词,做到词不离句。)

Role play the part one in groups.

Have a competition in groups:Ask the Ss to make the sentences by the pictures one by one,each group only has 40 seconds,which one is the most quickly,it will be the winner.

(利用电子白板的计时器功能进行一个比赛,将全班分成四组,每组40秒的时间一个接一个来根据课件中的图片来说句子,哪组用时最少就是胜利者。游戏可以调动学生的学习兴趣和积极性,同时又操练了重点句型。)

Take out the task 1 again, ask the question: What do Ben and Bob like doing in autumn? Ask the students to listen to the part 2 again,then do it.

(再听故事的第二部分,完成任务一中的部分内容,进一步就故事的两个主角进行对比。)

Ask the Ss to complete the task 1, then read part 2 after recording, teach the new words: work, working, then read them as quickly as possibly in groups.

(精读故事的第二部分,核对任务一,利用白板的拖拽功能来教授新词,分组利用不同的声调来操练单词,吸引学生兴趣。)

Have a chant together.

(利用一段短小精悍的chant来教授"worker",并拓展其他职业类名词,让学生发现单词的共同点,提高教学效果。)
