一、情景引入

1. Listen to the song “Father, Mother, I love you!”

2. Show the flash cards to help the students read and recite the words about some presents.

二、探究新知

1. Eliciting the new content: After listening to the song , put the cards on the blackboard.

2. Discuss

1) Let the students discuss the words they know.

2) After discussing the words, the teacher shows the flash cards to the students.

3. Listen to the tape and study the words together.

三、巩固练习

1. Four students in a group. One student reads a word about Mother’s Day, another three try to write it out according to the pronunciation rules. Then everyone takes his or her turn to do it.

2. Play a game.

3. Let’s draw pictures and make cards for Mother’s Day. Make new dialogues with the neighbors.
