设计意图:通过Free talk ,拉近与学生间的距离,同时复习How are you? 引出新词happy。

Task 1 : Look and learn:
①Introduce a new friend “Jill”. Let’s say hello to Jill. Look at her face. Is she happy? Then listen to Jill.
设计意图:带着问题有目的地听录音,培养学生英语听力能力。同时呈现新词sad。再用类似听说的方式教授新词hungry、full、thirsty。
②Let’s chant.
Hungry, hungry I’m hungry. A cake, a cake. Yummy, yummy.
Full, full I’m very full.
设计意图:让学生在chant中记住hungry和full的读音。
③ Let’s Play.
T directs Ss to do with T. Let’s stomp our feet. Let’s jump. Let’s run. Now we are tired.
