Step Ⅰ. Warm up
1.复习上一单元的句型,通过询问学生喜欢的科目,引出单词sport.
T: .What subjects do you like ?
Ss: I like ...
T: I like PE.I like playing outside. I like sport .
出示游泳、溜冰、跑步的图片,帮助学习复习单词,并练习运用句型I like ...来表达喜欢的体育运动。
播放奥运福娃的视频,并提问视频中最后出现的体育运动是什么?
Step II. Presentation
通过多媒体出示图片教学单词football,basketball,volleyball ,并用形象记忆的方法来记忆单词。
T:It’s football.It makes by two words,foot and ball.Please read after me .Football.
Ss:Football.
2.让学生跟读football ,basketball,volleyball,感受字母组合ll在单词中的发音,然后出示Learn the sounds的学习内容,感受字母组合ll在单词中的发音。
T:ll,/ l /, small ,tall ,wall
Ss: ll,/ l /, small ,tall ,wall
3.拓展教学单词tennis 和table tennis ,由单词引入对Look and learn中词组的学习。
T: There are some famous stars come to our classroom.Look at this people.Do yo know him?Who is he?
Ss:He is Yao Ming.
T:Yes, he’s a famous basketball player.(Show the flashcard for play basketball)He can play basketball very well.(Write play basketball on the blackboard )
