Step1 : Pre-task preparations(准备热身)
教师通过引导学生欣赏美丽的鲜花直接引入课题花园garden的学习,激发学生英语兴趣。
Step2:While-task procedures(新课呈现)
呈现课文Listen and say第一幅图片:T: What ‘s in your garden?What can you see ? Ss: I can see many flowers and plants in my garden.教学单词plants,让学生理解plants 的范畴,指花草树木,是
植物的总称。T:What are the plants? Ss: Some flowers ,some trees,some grass are the plants.教师指一株植物学习它的叶子(一片叶子)T:What’s this? S:It’s a leaf. T:(许多叶子)What are they? S: They are leaves. 教学单词单数leaf和复数leaves.掌握可数名词变复数的特殊变化规则:字母f代v e,再加s。教师再次让学生观察植物特征:S;They have many small green leaves.
出示一些植物的生长动画视频,学生仔细观察植物的生长过程及其生长应必备的条件:T:Observe the plants carefully. What can you find? 教学单词grow.观察植物动态的生长,形象的表达出短语“grow and grow”。T:If they grow and grow ,what do they need?Ss: Water. I water them every day. 教学单词them。掌握water做为名词是水,做为动词是浇水的用法。并在此基础上拓展sunshine, temperature,rain and soil也是植物生长必备的条件。
呈现Listen and say第二幅图。T:Now,What are the plants like ?Ss:Now they are tall and big.They have flowers.T:What color are they?Ss: Some are red. Some are yellow. ..and so on.They are colourful. T:They are beautiful. Who is she?(出示学生照片)Ss: She is ...T:What do you like doing in the garden?Ss: I like reading and listen to the music in my garden.引出课文。
播放课文录音,学生模仿跟读,整体感知全文。
Step3:Post -task activities(拓展延伸)
1.四人小组活动,熟读课文。组长负责,并标记重难点,互相帮助,共同进步。
2.组内展开朗读竞赛,互纠错误给予指正,培养学生学会倾听的良好习惯。
3.组内交流,回答问题,培养学生的阅读理解能力。
Step4:Homework
朗读课文,并能写出一篇描述家里自己最喜欢的植物的短文。
