播放Listen and enjoy 课件,学生跟唱读并做动作。(活跃课堂气氛,复习旧知,为新知识做铺垫)
分组比赛,游戏:魔力眼 教师在大屏幕上闪现现在分词词组:reading the map, reading a book, finding a diamond, looking down, taking a picture, playing chess, playing computer. 看谁说的又对又快。
复习现在分词,出示图片,同桌之间做对话,运用句型:What is he/she doing? He/She is .... 请同学展示对话。
请学生闭眼休息,播放对话Listen an say(锻炼学生听力)。第二次播放录音,请学生睁开眼睛并对照课文进行理解,并思考问题:Who is reading the map?
Where are they?
What are they looking for?
第三次教师领读课文,后请学生回答问题。
逐句翻译课文,并讲解知识点:hill 与mountain 区别
