大屏幕呈现rain,sea, lake 的图片和声音,学生两人一组操练并展示句型Where does water come from? It comes from the rain, the sea, the lake.
出示水龙头的图片,T: It comes from the tap, too.(板书tap)
Robot: Task two: How do we use water?
出示水果、蔬菜、衣服的图片,引导学生说出
T: We use water to wash fruit, vegetables, clothes.(反复训练重点句)

板书句型:We use water to… .
T:出示消防员图片,灭火,农民种庄稼图片,设置问题:How do firemen/farmers use water?引导学生带着问题听课文录音,回答:
Firemen use water to put out fires.
Famers use water to grow crops.
学习词组put out fires,grow crops.学生跟读、拼读, 并进一步用词组造句。
T: Listen again, and follow it.逐句跟读后,补充课文,齐读课文,分角色朗读课文,分角色表演课文。
