本堂课我借班上课，在简单了解学生情况之后，我采取了保守的教学设计，一切以学生为主体，注重基础知识的训练和掌握，尽量地进行能力的拔高和知识的拓展。本堂课下来，偏基础，少课文操练，缺拔高拓展，教学环节上出现前松后紧的现象，导致结课后的练习环节过于紧张，不充分。教师缺乏灵活机智的课堂调控能力，面对胆小不敢说的学生，教师应立即删减部分教学环节，保证突破教学重难点的教学环节的精致性，因材施教。
