本堂课我借班上课,在简单了解学生情况之后,我采取了保守的教学设计,一切以学生为主体,注重基础知识的训练和掌握,尽量地进行能力的拔高和知识的拓展。本堂课下来,偏基础,少课文操练,缺拔高拓展,教学环节上出现前松后紧的现象,导致结课后的练习环节过于紧张,不充分。教师缺乏灵活机智的课堂调控能力,面对胆小不敢说的学生,教师应立即删减部分教学环节,保证突破教学重难点的教学环节的精致性,因材施教。
