介绍教师个人信息,拉近与学生距离。自由对话你今天身体怎样,引出病人。

II. While-task procedure1. Show the photo of the hospital. Talk about the people in the hospital.

2. Ask “What’s wrong ?”to learn the key words “a cold, a cough, a fever, a headache”

3. Focus on the word “ache”.

4.Play a game. Ask a student to act the patient, the others guess “What’s wrong with him/her?”

5. With the question “What’s wrong with Kitty?” Students watch the video.

6. Students read the dialogue by themselves and think about“ What does the doctor say? ”

7. Focus on “medicine”

8. Read with partners, then read together. After that read in roles.

9.Show the four sick people. Ask the students to act the doctor and give them some suggestions like this “You have…,you should/shouldn’t …”.
