2. 出示英国、美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、印度和日本的国旗,向学生介绍这些国家的国名和一些基本情况。

然后出示Look and learn的单词,让学生跟读。
While-task procedures
1. 用I'd like to...表达自己的各种愿望,同时板书I'd like to...。
T:Australia is a beautiful country. I'd like to visit this country. I'd like to see the kangaroos there.
然后,请学生模仿老师用I'd like to...表达自己的愿望。教师提问引出句型Would youlike to...?和单词e-friend,同时把Would you like to…?写在黑板上。
T:We can't go to visit these countries now. But would you like to know more about these countries? (write Would you like to …?)
Ss:Yes.
T:Would you like to have a friend in one of these countries?
Ss:Yes.
T:But how? We can have an e-friend in these countries. (write e-friend on the blackboard)
解释e-friend的意思,并请学生跟读。
2. 出示Listen and say的反馈练习,让学生先听录音,根据对话内容将人名连线配对,然后回答问题。
T:Who is Joe's e-friend?
Ss:Denis Smith.
教师谈谈自己想结交哪国的笔友,想了解些什么。
T:I'd like to have an e-friend in Australia. I'd like to know about his hobbies and places of interest in Australia.
板书hobby,用图示解释其意思,然后请学生跟读单词。请学生谈谈他们想结交哪个国家的笔友,想了解对方哪些方面的情况。
3. 出示Listen and say的图片,播放录音,请学生逐句跟读,鼓励学生尽量模仿录音中人物的语音语调。
4. 把学生分成若干小组,请各小组分角色表演Listen and say的对话。
