Pre-task preparations

1.出示各类博物馆的图片,要求学生说出其名称。

T:What museum is it ?

S1: It’s an art museum.

2. 请几个学生说说自己参加博物馆的情况,向全班作简单介绍。

T: Did you visit any museums during the holiday?

S1: Yes, I did. I visited a car museum. I saw some cars there.

出示Look and read的文字和插图,先让学生自己阅读,然后引导学生关注文章各个段落分别讲述了什么。第二遍为小组合作阅读。每组四人,每人认领一个问题,然后在课本上把答案划出来。最后小组分享答案。

What did Ben and Kitty visit on the second floor?

What did they see in “The World of Robots”?

What can robots do there?

让学生阅读课文,试着理解其中的生词,根据内容完成概要。

It opens at ten o’clock in the morning every day.

They visited “The World of Robots ”.

They saw many kinds of robots there.

A robot was at the piano. He could play songs. His fingers moved fast.

A robot was a dancer. He could move his head and arms.

They had a great time there.

出示问题,每个小组问答一个问题。教师教授红色新词。把所有的问题归结在一起,作为复述的主体部分,然后逐步引导学生找出复述的开头部分。

通过问题帮助学生理解文章结尾。

5.最后加入结尾部分,形成一篇完整的复述文章。让学生阅读复述短文。

6.全班集体朗读加深对课文的理解与记忆。

7. 学生两人一组,填空完成海报,然后全班核对。
