Pre-task preparations

While-task procedures
1. 顺着前面最后一个学生的话语引出新词 high jump, long jump, long race 和 short race。
T: I know you do a lot of activities in PE lessons. Do you do the high jump?
同时呈现 Look and learn的图片, 请学生跟读这些单词。 教师也可以和学生交流, 通过真实的问题引导学生运用所学的语言知识。
T: I’m very tall, so I’m good at the high jump. In your class, who’s good at the high jump?
2. 呈现 Listen and say的图片,通过问题引导学生仔细观察图片并积极思考,可以让学生根据自己的观察自由发表意见。鼓励学生用英语表达和交流。如:What are the boys doing? Are the races exciting?
3. 出示 Listen and say的图片,播放录音,学生边听边看图片。再次播放录音, 请学生回答老师的问题, 帮助学生复习巩固一般现在时, 理解文章内容, 巩固学过的生词,教学单词 win 。

2) What do the students do? (They run long races and short races. They do the long jump and the high jump. They sometimes play ball games.)

4. 播放对话录音,请学生逐句跟读,鼓励学生尽量模仿录音中人物的语音语调。
