2.过程与方法
运用整体故事教学的方法,通过教师提问,学生观察、描述等方式,师生共同构建故事,达到理解故事的目的。运用任务型活动让学生在合作竞争中体验英语学习的乐趣,培养学生运用所学进行交际的能力。

1. Greeting and free talk:Good morning. How are you? Do you like stories? Look at the stories. What’s your favourite story? Do you know my favourite story?
设计意图:通过Free talk ,拉近与学生间的距离,同时复习之前学习过的一些经典故事,并让学生猜猜老师最爱的故事是哪一个,从而引出本课故事学习。
2. Enjoy T’s favourite story. After listening ,answer:What’s the story about?
Answer the question,learn to say the words: pea(s),pod
设计意图:带着问题有目的地听录音,培养学生英语听力能力。整体感知故事,学习新词汇,为后面学习作准备。
