1.学生能够熟练听说认读本单元词汇：old , how old, yes, you’re= you are ；

2.熟练运用功能句How old are you ?及其答语 I’m nine.来谈论年龄。

五、教学策略：

通过听、说、读、演、唱等一系列教学活动，借助多媒体课件、词卡、头饰、点读笔等辅助教学，培养学生的学习兴趣，鼓励学生大胆运用本课的功能句型参与实践并及时表扬，使他们获得学习英语的成就感和自豪感。
