Step1:Warming up

2.Review the phrases and words about sports.
通过快速抢答的方式复习play football play basketball swim run.
(通过比赛竞争的方式复习已学的表示运动的单词和词组,既激发了学生学习的兴趣,又为本节课的学习做铺垫,从而自然地过渡到本节课内容的学习。)
Step2:Presentation

What are you going to do on sports day? I’m going to do the long jump. 先教词,再教短语,然后把词放到句子中教.(on sports day是新的词组,在PPT上出示 What are you going to do on sports day?这个句型时,先让学生整体感知这个句子的大意,然后先教读 on sports day,通过教读,整体读,小组比赛读的方式操练这个短语。然后操练句型 What are you going to do on sports day? I’m going to do the long jump. 通过师问生答,生问师答,小组间互相问答,同桌互相问答的方式来操练这个句型。同时把短语板书在黑板上,师板书,生跟着用手指书空来练习写。)
以同样的方式操练 What are you going to do ? I’m going to________________. run the 200 metres / run the 400 metres
( high jump, long jump, run the 200 metres,,run the 400 metres这些词组的图片都是用学生平时做这些运动的图片,更能激发学生学习的兴趣。)
2.练习句型:What are you going to do on sports day? I’m going to________________.
引导学生用这个句型来说说自己在即将到来的运动会上要参加的项目。如: What are you going to do on sports day?
I’m going to skip.
I’m going to do morning exercises
I’m going to play basketball.
I’m going to play football.
3.小结刚学的句型
What are you going to do on sports day?
I’m going to do the long jump.
I’m going to do the high jump.
I’m going to run the 200 metres.
I’m going to run the 400 metres.
(在PPT上呈现以上句型,在教师的带领下再次操练这些句子。)
4. Pair work.
